Built especially for first-year students and beginners stepping into their first major hackathon. The Rising Lanterns track encourages learning, experimentation, and bold first attempts at innovation.
THE DEEPFORGE ARENA
The ultimate battleground for seasoned builders and ambitious teams. The Deepforge Arena is where powerful ideas are transformed into impactful solutions across all major themes. Teams will be judged on innovation, technical depth, scalability, design, and real-world impact.
THE QUEEN'S VANGUARD

HackMOL 7.0 is excited to introduce the HackerRank Coding Challenge Track, organized in collaboration with HackerRank. This special track gives participants the opportunity to experience a real-world coding assessment environment similar to the ones used by leading tech companies during technical hiring. Participants will solve algorithmic and programming challenges designed to test problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and coding efficiency, sharpening competitive programming skills while gaining exposure to industry-level assessments.

Whispers from the depths. Everything you need before you descend into HackMol 7.0.
HackMol 7.0 is NIT Jalandhar’s flagship annual hackathon — a gruelling 30-hour descent where students from across India converge to build, break, and innovate. Themed around the hauntingly beautiful world of Hollow Knight, this edition invites the bold to venture into Hallownest and prove their worth.
Any currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate student from any college or university in India is welcome to enter the realm. You do not need to be from a CS or IT background — every discipline has a place in Hallownest.
Teams can have 2 to 4 members. Solo registrations are also accepted; you will be given an opportunity to form a team during the pre-event networking session.
HackMol 7.0 is a fully offline, in-person hackathon. The experience — the mentors, the workshops, the late-night grind — is designed to be lived, not streamed.
HackMol is happening alongside Utkansh — NIT Jalandhar’s Annual Fest. So you get to witness a star night right in the middle of building. Code through the day, celebrate through the night.
